In 2013, the group secured a monthly retainer for routine servicing of 300+ air-conditioning units across two Flour Mills of Nigeria plants in Calabar. The work extended the life of the units and the machinery they cooled. It became the service model that Ardent Cooling runs today.
Lu Gold EDC has been an official Kaplan International Pathways partner since 2020. It became a Priority Partner and top recruiter in Nigeria, placing 3,000+ students globally.
In 2018, Lu Gold formed Kassuwa as a joint venture with Abuja Markets Management Ltd. The work produced a functional e-commerce platform and a database of traders across AMML’s Abuja markets. A representative of the Vice President launched the platform. The project opened conversations with Premium Pension, Stanbic IBTC and United Bank for Africa [[CONFIRM: relationships]].
In 2019, Lu Gold delivered a website and fulfilment structure for Winston Luxury Leather. The structure remains in use.
In Ogoja, Cross River State, the Bansara Rice mill was revived with Gabumo Agro Plantations. Farmers were enrolled on the CBN Anchor Borrowers programme with Bansara as off-taker. Rice is farmed, milled and distributed from Ogoja, with distributors in 16 states.
